4.4 Single Account: Where account registration features are available on the Platform, each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is not permitted.
Underage Access: Individuals under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing this Platform. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor in your care has accessed this Platform, please contact us immediately at the address set out in Section 16.
5.1 Where account registration is offered on the Platform, users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Providing false, misleading or fictitious information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pk395 immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
5.3 pk395 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
5.4 You agree not to share your account access with any third party or permit any other person to access the Platform using your credentials.
When completing identity verification (KYC) as required by an Operator, upload your CNIC, passport or other documents only through the operator's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never transmit sensitive identity documents via unencrypted email, messaging applications or unsecured channels.
6.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pk395 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.
6.2 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict or inhibit any other person's use or enjoyment of the Platform.
6.3 The following actions are permitted under this licence:

6.5 pk395 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice and without liability to you.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited when accessing or using the Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate suspension of account access and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

8.2 Any financial transactions that a User undertakes with a third-party gambling Operator are governed exclusively by that Operator's terms and conditions, and are entirely the responsibility of the User and the Operator.
